My Father worked with DSM till 30 years as a Engg,i born & brought up here, i spend almost 20 years of my life in this small & un known town coz people knows this place only for Sugar industry,now i am not here but there are so many memories with me,whenever i come here i feel a diffrent feeling like i came back in childhood age. Dhampur sugar mill As per my observation peoples are very hard worker who work there but and of the month they dont get Satisfactory amount which is very bad for them,becouse the reason is there is only one industry there and the management get all the benefits of this. any way i wish for them to a great carrier and success.
